JESUS! That is creepy. I'm serious. I don't know if I can thoroughly enjoy myself in the sight of such an eerie, lifelike (yet mythical) statue.
Anyway, I feel like I've been doing the pre-trip blog a lot lately, but don't worry; after this trip it's going to quiet down a lot. You'll be seeing more blogs to this effect:

So I hope everyone has a nice Monday. Looks like Dublin is going to go through the motions--yet again--of the sunny morning, rainy afternoon. That will officially make it every day this summer that that's happened. But ah well--if there's anything a Michigander can manage, it's the weather!
