I'll be living in Rathfarnham ("rath-farn-um") with a coworker and her brother. The house has a crackin' kitchen, a rose garden, 4beds and 3baths and it's equidistant from city centre and the office (10mins each way). I've got a few good pics posted on Picassa for you to check out.
We move in Monday--I'm so excited to be done with this housing hunt! Anyway, so that's good.
In other news, Boo makes her transcontinental flight to California tomorrow to live with the lovely Hernandez family for awhile. Everyone think positive thoughts for my little airborn girl...I'm so worried for her, I really hope she does well and isn't traumatized by the experience. :(
Lastly, a little treat for everyone. So blogger, the host of silent45, launched an app that streams pictures currently being added to people's blogs. The result is amazing--you really have to take a look. I promise it will have you riveted for at least a moment or two. In the short time I watched, I found this picture of l'Hotel des Invalides in Paris that blew me away:
Arsome! And with the tiny French flag, and the glint of the gold dome...I tell ya, you can see that dome from about as many places as you can see the Eiffel Tower in Paris. This pic is pretty cool.
