However, wasn't last night FABOO?! I made really spicy, yummy beerbraised chicken fajitas with sour cream for me and Stephen, then went to see Son of Rambow.
Son of Rambow is a new flick out in limited release in the States and out all over the place here. It's "First Blood", "Simon Birch", and every other bff movie you've seen in recent years. It's so absolutely endearing and so well executed though. And I can't even begin to tell you how cute the main character is. Well, see for yourself:

He's small, but mighty. :) This movie is seriously one of the best I've seen in a few months. This is MORE than worth the trip to your local independant cinema.
Anyway, a nice fun evening of cooking and movies was just what I needed. It was so great. :)
Tonight will be back to reality with a nice run at the gym and a heap of reading at the cafe for my book club.
But before that! I have a few fun links for you. All of which are [probably] not rick rolls:
For those folks planning weddings, idosugar is a fun site for clever ideas (the _sugar sites are a huge ring--babysugar, popsugar, casasugar, blogs for everything). Anyway, check out their wedding checklist--looks handy!
For those folks planning trips, check out TripIt. It's cool, you email a flight confirmation to plans@tripit.com --no login or signup required--and it automatically creates an itinerary for y ou. You can share it with folks if you're planning a trip together, add hotel, car and sightseeing info and a whole lot more. Particularly handy if you're the buddy who always plans the trip, or if you're trying to coordinate a vacation for people all over the map. Let me know how you get on with this one, I'm curious.

Okay then, have a good Tuesday!
