Breakfast: HEALTHY THINGS

I think we can all agree I had a decadent Saturday and Sunday.

I have 2 defence arguments.

1. I ran a 5k on Saturday....that counts for something, yes?

2. The 5k boosted my metabolism up until Sunday night. I was sweating through shirts all weekend, a sure sign I had earned that rare and ellusive 48hr postrun metaboost. Oh, it's a thing people. Does that make you want to take up running? Yeah, it should. It's awesome. You sit there watching a movie and can feel your body burning up cals as you veg out.

Nevertheless, I'm on my best behavior today:
