GOOD NEWS: Thanks to the photo challenge, I've stuck to my calorie goals every day since I started! And by keeping good on my food promises, I was motivated to exercise a lot more this week too. If I keep this up, I may actually tone up a little!
QUESTION! They say eating a good breakfast helps jumpstart your metabolism. Does it make me too predictable that I am now keeping "stock photos" of my breakfast foods? Should I be cooking myself a proper and varied breakfast in the morning? Thoughts?
