Veggin Out, with a Little Fresh Veg

What did I do this weekend? Ask me.

Oh, well, glad you asked! I did a little work.


And I'm not talking about force times distance. (physics equation? oh that just happened)


I was in my office ALL WEEKEND. Friday til 10:30pm, Saturday from 10-8 and Sunday from 10-8. We were pulling together a MASSIVE 1500-page bid.

But the good news is that I get the rest of the day off today, plus two extra days off whenever I choose. So yeah!

And thankfully, today is sunny. I don't know if that means anything to you, but for me it's everything, because it has rained EVERY DAY FOR THE LAST 47 DAYS IN IRELAND! It's all over the papers. So yay, I'm going to the park with my sun lotion and my blanket and my book and I am going to laze out for the rest of the day!!

***OH, I almost forgot. A guy from the office has a farm and brought in all this fresh fruit and veg in the trunk of his car for anyone to enjoy. He gave me a head of lettuce, one of spinach, and a big batch of fresh strawberries and radishes....So I'm going to be the chick on the train with the big bag of random veggies stickin' out.
