Mediterranean cruises. And "researching" is more accurate--we won't book for another few months.
Who's "we", you ask?
Why, it's me and Kaitlyn, off for the birthday adventure of a lifetime in May 2008!
As you can see above, we are really testing the capabilities of Google with all of our pre-cruise research. I did up this map this morning of our top 3 cruise picks and mapped the ports. I also created a formula in our cruise tracker spreadsheet to track the median temperature on our top 3 cruises....but that's a little more about my neuroses than you need to know. ;)
In crap news...
I got stuck with managing the corporate gifts this year. These are the stupid baskets of like holiday chutney and fruit cake that go to our key companies. Only over here they're not called gift baskets, they're called "Christmas hampers", so I keep imagining picking out and delivering my basket of dirty laundry to the mobile phone company down the road. Ugh, I don't even like Christmas! And why is it a "Christmas" hamper over here--what if we have Jewish or Muslim suppliers? Ah who am I kidding...it's Ireland for Christ's sake. (whoop, there goes a pun)
Okay, okay, my last newsfeed in this altogether arbitrary post is that my 4th housemate Brian moved in this weekend.....and brought his video games.......and his sword and sabre collection.
I walked up to the house yesterday after a little grocery shopping and found a man marching into my house with two giant swords in his hands. Normally, I'd cut my losses and turn tail to save my own hide, but my interest was piqued, and I walked in the house. He greeted me with a handshake, then propped his hand on the end of his sword, Captain-Morgan like, as we chatted. He was downright prideful. It was a tooly moment that rivals all other tooly moments.
So that's it. Stop bugging me. Go away, update your own blog--cuz you guys are all baaaaad at keeping your blogs up to snuff! You are and you know it. :)
