This past Friday was the Design and Construction teams night out. At our company, each department has a quarterly cash allotment for a fun night out. It's usually enough money for dinner, drinks all night, and some other activity, like a play or something like that.
Well the D&C night this time was dinner at 4 star restaurant called Little Ceasers (kid you not) and then a snooker tournament at The Palace, a pool hall in city centre.
It was so much fun! There was one anti-American jerk tagging along that I could have done without, but I got the last laugh and WHOOPED him in pool, so all's well that ends well!
The important part here is that I've uploaded the pics for you to see, and used the caption space as a chance to introduce you to the characters I work with, some of whom I also hang out with. There are photos of Chantelle, my housemate, too, who isn't part of the D&C teams but met up with us later to drink and.......cavort. We'll leave it at that.
